Warehouse/Purchasing Task
Follows and implements company policies and regulations
Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing workshop, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
Acts as alternative in the absence of Manager, formulation of newly/improved system for location, assist in the implementation of new procedures
Responsible for the safekeeping of company property and make sure that hygiene is maintained throughout the warehouse.
Responsible for completion and prompt submission of all related paperwork and the provision of other information as requested.
Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse through the use of KPIs.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data in SAP System.
Allocate the workload to assigned team
Ensure all activities are carried out with compliance to standard operating procedure
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Admin & Documentation Task
Submit report to the Manager regarding monthly income and expenses
Formulation of standard process (Reception, Workshop, and Warehouse)
Document Controller related to manual, forms, SOP, and WI of the company
Responsible in processing service PO of the service center
Responsible in the continuous improvement in the Service center
• Handling sales of spare parts & negotiating on price, costs, delivery & specifications with buyers
• Customer handling by dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone/e-mail
• Creating system invoice using SAP System.
