Warehouse/Purchasing Task
 Follows and implements company policies and regulations 

 Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing workshop, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements. 

 Acts as alternative in the absence of Manager, formulation of newly/improved system for location, assist in the implementation of new procedures 

 Responsible for the safekeeping of company property and make sure that hygiene is maintained throughout the warehouse. 

 Responsible for completion and prompt submission of all related paperwork and the provision of other information as requested. 

 Continuously monitor the performance and activities of the warehouse through the use of KPIs. 

 Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data in SAP System.
 Allocate the workload to assigned team 
 Ensure all activities are carried out with compliance to standard operating procedure
 Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.

Admin & Documentation Task
 Submit report to the Manager regarding monthly income and expenses
 Formulation of standard process (Reception, Workshop, and Warehouse) 
 Document Controller related to manual, forms, SOP, and WI of the company 
 Responsible in processing service PO of the service center 
 Responsible in the continuous improvement in the Service center 
• Handling sales of spare parts & negotiating on price, costs, delivery & specifications with buyers
• Customer handling by dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone/e-mail
• Creating system invoice using SAP System.
