I was engaged to drive and embed the Logistics Excellence Program (LEP) across Nestlé Oceania Factories & distribution centers. I performed Lean methods to conduct value chain analysis and collaborated with senior leaders to develop a strategic roadmap of CI projects with a focus on maximising productivity, resource utilisation and ROI.
I lead the strategic development of CI initiatives and frameworks organisation wide to facilitate transformation and resource management. This includes leading teams and implementing capability building programs to maintain best practice methods. I have navigated key projects to support enterprise wide improvements to enable workflow efficiencies which achieved significant cost savings.
Overseeing factory operations, I led diverse teams to enable standardisation, improve capacity, drive performance & product stability within the manufacturing site. I managed the delivery of strategic projects and key initiatives with a focus on facilitating process optimisation and cost control to drive profit margin.
