• Responsible for coordinate with design team for designing of different project.
• Responsible for prepare BOQ of different project.
• Duct and pipe designing verification with the help of pipe & duct sizer software (McQuay software).
• Manage and coordinate with client for all ducting and piping activity at site
• Hydro testing of chilled water piping and chemical flushing for chilled water system.
• Site survey of different project for tender preparation.
• Preparation of challan copy of the incoming materials and get clearance of supply and installation bill from the Client.
• Responsible for implementation of design drawing of HVAC on site.
• Managed, supervised and lead the team of Technicians, Contractors and materials on site.
• Manage various key operations during glorious service in various projects gaining insightful exposure of overall Piping Fabrication, Erection, and Welding Inspection.
• Work with the Main Contractor to coordinate the work and the sequence of the installation to complete on time and stay on track.
• Ensuring the quality and complying the client specification.
• Monitored consistently the actual progress of the assigned tasks.
• Review design and drawing according to site requirement and forward client for approval.
• Prepare technical data sheet of all HVAC equipment.
• Coordinate with the supplier for supply of all HVAC system equipment.
• Responsible for FAT with client for all HVAC equipment.
• Responsible for installation of all HVAC system (electrical, mechanical and Control system) inside the Substations (BVS, Receiver stations, Lunching station, Analyzer and other building)
• Coordinate with client and contractor for all Pre commissioning & commissioning activity and hand over of all HVAC system.
• Responsible for coordinate with client and sub contractor for inspection.
• Evaluate monthly invoice of site installation work and material supply invoice of vendor.
• Prepare mechanical completion package and final dossier for HVAC system of all substations or forward client for further approval.
• Verify all BOQ of contractor.
• Verify all change over claim by contractor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
• Review design and drawing according to site requirement and forward client for approval.
• Prepare technical data sheet of all HVAC equipment.
• Coordinate with the supplier for supply of all HVAC system equipment and FAT.
• Responsible for installation of all HVAC system (electrical, mechanical and Control system) inside the petroleum plant(Control building, LV Substation, HV substation, Fire Station Building, Laboratory, Analyzer and other building)
• Responsible for Pre commissioning & commissioning and hand over of all HVAC system.
• Responsible for coordinate with client and sub contractor for inspection.
• Coordinate with client for summer performance test of each building and for further acceptance certificate issues by client.
• Evaluate monthly invoice of site installation work and supply invoice of vendor.
• Coordinate with planning, procurement and account department for generation of invoice and bill.
• Coordinate with quality control department for all inspection work related to HVAC system.
• Executer of all hot work, cold work and confine space work related to HVAC according to KNPC system(for oil and gas)
• I have also KNPC Executer work permit card (oil & gas) and valid for three years.
• Responsible for testing and balancing requirements and validating the commissioned systems.
• Responsible for developing end to end commissioning plans as well as perform survey of field commissioning services.
• Handle the tasks of generating functional test procedures, defining standard methods and techniques of obtaining best test result.
• Handled the tasks of selecting equipment and preparing final commissioning report.
• Assigned the tasks of testing equipment and updating commissioning plans to the product manager.
• Categorized the tasks and assigned each technicians specific task and procedure to accomplish it.
• Implement the standard operation procedure and work permit procedure in the plant.
• Responsible for preparing field reports, verifying commissioned equipment, and troubleshooting equipment.
• Coordinate the performance test for Chillers, cooling tower with the help of manufacturer and in the presence of Client.
• Prepared method statements for the testing of Chillers, Pumps, Cooling towers, piping etc.
• Testing and commissioning of all type of pump related to HVAC system.
• Testing and commissioning of Centrifugal Chiller, VAM Chiller, Heat exchanger, Bladder tank Expansion Tank and Cooling Tower.
• Testing and commissioning of HRU (Heat Recovery Unit) system.
• Testing and Balancing of both Water and Air Side for AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs and all types of PUMPS.
• Testing and commissioning of all type of big and small exhaust fan.
• Water balancing of all types of Fixed and variable orifice double regulating valves.
• Piping inspection which includes line check, hydro test.
• Duct air leakage and pressure test.
• Supervise a group of TAB technician for different project.
• Responsible for implementation of design drawing of HVAC on site.
• Managed, supervised and lead the team of Technicians, Contractors and materials on site.
• Installation of heavy equipment’s like centrifugal chiller, chilled water pump, heat exchanger, cooling tower, AHU’S etc.
• Manage various key operations during glorious service in various projects gaining insightful exposure of overall Piping Fabrication, Erection, and Welding Inspection.

• Ensured that the right equipment size and specifications were installed as approved in the Drawing.

• Supervising the Water & Air Balancing of the HVAC System by handling the modern traditional water & Air Balancing Equipment’s such as Podymeter, Balometers. Anemometer, Tachometer, clamp meter, etc.
• Responsible for costing of materials and preparation of Bill of Quantity from drawing.
• Received designs/blueprints of portion of construction to be accomplished from the project managers.
• Computed the time and resources needed for achieving the targets.
• Prepared request for inspection (RFI) and take approval from the consultant for any job done.
• Demanded the construction superintendent about the equipment’s and materials categorized the tasks and assigned each worker specific task and procedure to accomplish it.
• Monitored consistently the actual progress of the assigned tasks.
• Maintained daily/weekly work records and reported to the higher officials.
