Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing activities according to marketing calendar to increase brand value, awareness and market share.
• Conduct market research, analyze data, and develop go-to- market strategies.
• Report on brand performance to Senior Management.
• Monitor competitor’s activities and conduct market trend analysis and plan proactive actions.
• Ensure brand guidelines are applied and brand image is maintained. •
• Build relationships with the marketing team and coordinate with them on marketing activities.
• Negotiate primary brand locations and implemented merchandising guidelines with updated
planograms.

• Regular market visits to monitor and follow up on the business and prepare market visit reports. •
• Create product and service presentations.
• Supervise outdoor sales representatives, sales promoters and beauty advisors.
• Train all sales individuals with product knowledge and selling behaviors to enable them to
consistently achieve and exceed sales and service goals in line with published brand expectations.
