Responsible for managing customer communication, updating customer details on company database, handling calls and mails, Working closely with various departments in dealing employee relation matter, assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties, staying current on the company’s organizational structures. Provides secretarial support to the HR officer screening resumes, recruitment and selection process, knows the staff whereabouts in maintaining employee data for tracking leave and attendance, submit month-end report to the payroll/accounts department for salary processing.

Responsible for managing collections, accounts servicing, after-sales service, qualifies an account for acceptance and booking, ensures proper aging of accounts, speedy and accurate documentation of buyers profile, preparation of sales monthly reports. Conduct assessment interview to determine capability of the debtor, provides evaluation to ensure quality reservation, establish effective rapport with the customers with politeness and patience. Compile and evaluate information needed to collect delinquent accounts, recommend and initiate legal procedure as per company policy, generates notice and cancellation letter for disclosure list of debtors.
Promoting company literature's, responsible for posting promotions and other communication on social network sites for the company, engaging with customers on product promotions, coordinate with sales team per booking transaction.
Managing the reception, business travel planning and coordination, maintaining records of customers and suppliers, client communication, management of petty cash for the office, monitoring expenses and managing office supplies
Preparing reports and making recommendations to management based on customer preferences.
Consulting with Sales teams on business development strategies, compiling product lists and service offerings
