Oversees cost management for the entire company and works collaboratively with various department managers to analyze costs, assess vendor relationships, and maximize profitability while demonstrating an aptitude for efficiency, problem solving, and resourcefulness, with a deep commitment to the bottom line without compromising quality. Provides critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections. Analyzes invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at expected cost. Prepares monthly management review presentation and variance analysis. Support operation and finance in monthly closing.

• Preparation of accurate and timely financial and management report
• Understands and supports all aspects of the daily operations for the project accounting team including invoicing, accounts payables and accounts receivables.
Hired to receive inquiry documents from contractors, consultants and developers. Prepare estimates by calculating complete take-off of scope of work, studying specifications of the project, accurately quantify and price the labor and materials needed to perform the work and determine cost effectiveness. Sending quotation and prompt follow-ups project wise. Prepare the weekly/monthly updates of work executed at site. Preparation of management reports for on-going projects. Reconciliation of materials and work executed during the month. Set-up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures. Prepare project cost report and analysis. Minimize the costs of the project and enhance the value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality. Productivity analysis reports and the job cost systems into unit cost, man-hour and crew production figures. Evaluation of project variations in coordination with the site engineer/staff. Review of all contract documents. Prepare and submit monthly billings to the main contractors.

Recruited to prepare bid documents (BOQ, specifications, budget, and work schedule), contracts and other documents. Send bid invitations to subcontractors, evaluate the submitted proposals, clarify and negotiate with the bidders in order to meet specifications and budget. Prepare bidders comparison sheet for the higher management's approval. Prepare subcontract documents for the winning subcontractor and set kick-off meeting before commencement of work at site. Keep track of construction materials and inventory. Identify potential financial or construction risks. Advise higher management on improvements, strategies and/or estimated costs. Analyze comparison in take-offs/quantities during tender stage and as per actual. Evaluate subcontractors' submitted billing and prepare payments. Document progress, materials and reports on project. Develop and maintain working relationships with subcontractors. Utilize spreadsheets to calculate, record and track inventory and estimates. Analyze completed projects to determine return of investments and compare costs.

• Development of manpower program for cost analysis and recordings of all manpower labor supplies
Recruited to prepare take-offs, cost and all other technical specifications needed for the interior fit-outs, specializing in modular and stone countertop/cladding for residential, high-end condominiums, hotels, offices and showrooms. Project coordination. Project planning and shop drawing preparations. Screening of applicants. Trainings for newly hired estimators and enhancement training for the existing estimators. Processing of purchase orders.

• Development of estimation program in Excel for efficient costing and analysis which the company is using up to the present
Recruited to supervise structural steel works. Project coordination. Materials ordering preparation. Shop drawing and plan implementation. To make sure that project schedules were being met. Coordination with other trades. Coordination/management meeting and weekly accomplishment reporting.
