Mechanical Engineering team for execution of HVAC, PLUMBING, DRAINAGE and FIREFIGHTING works in MEP contracting projects related to Buildings / Multi-Stored Apartments. Directly supervise 40 staff. Reporting to Project Manager.
•Provide leadership to project team to accomplish project goals and monitor out-put
•Provide technical advice and guidance to Mechanical engineering team ensuring that critical or urgent situations are quickly addressed. .
•Coordinate with technical specialists and site personnel in identifying and resolving complex technical problems. Attend regularly project progress meetings.
•Implement Mock-Up and associated tests review wherever required and get approval. Process, evaluate, monitor and control changes to the work.
•Monitor progress throughout the project cycle, ensuring cost and time constraints are met and acting to ensure problem resolution, as necessary.
•Establish and maintain effective QA/QC system in place for the Projects strictly adhering to standards and specifications.
•Ensure a positive work environment and awareness by all staff at the site for project goals and objectives.
•Allocate and where appropriate supervise labors and resource in order to deliver project to the satisfaction of the
Direct and supervise Mechanical Engineering team for execution of HVAC, PLUMBING, DRAINAGE and FIREFIGHTING works in MEP contracting projects related to Buildings / Multi-Storey Apartments. Directly supervise 40 staff. Reporting to Project Manager.

•Palm Jumeirah Shoreline Apartments Project worth US $ 150 Million. Project consists of Package1&3
•Package 1 Shoreline Apartments Project consists of 6 # of Luxurious Residential Apartments 13 floor height
•Package 3 Shoreline Apartments Project consists of 4 # of Luxurious Residential Apartments 11 floor height.
•Total of 10 buildings package 1 and package 3 brought up simultaneously
