Support in coordination of response for Shelter/NFI through oversight for all aspects of the Emergency Shelter Program, gathering, preparation and dissemination of sector reports for various responses.
Represent of SNFI Working Group in coordination meetings and ensure follow up of action points for the sector.
Assist the SNFI working group to roll out technical guidelines through sharing of relevant documents with cluster partners and facilitate in harmonization and collection of feedback.
Work with IM from NES forum and focal points for IM data in NES to ensure updated sector information.
Represent of the SNFI working group with local stakeholders through, communication, keeping contact and updating key location issues affecting the sector.
Maintains Program statistics; ensures data entry and documentation completion; utilizes database to ensure accurate data tracking. Maintains outcome measurement for the Program; provides all necessary Program reporting per agency and funding requirements and in keeping with NES WG best practices.
Some of my duties were developing and managing database resources, reporting 4Ws through collection and compelling information gathered from INGOs. Establish and implement short and long rang organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement

I was responsible of running a project from design to implementation
to help small community develop their economic needs.
Livelihood program partner with OFDA, I was responsible of designing and implementing livelihood courses to beneficiaries registered through SARC.
I worked closely with management to support response for shelter/nfi through gathering information for new arrivals at the camp, and prepare dissemination of sector reports to approve and baseline project plan. I managed the day-to-day operations of UNHCR Projects. Leading, coaching and motivating team members on a proactive basis to ensure objectives meet the goals.
I worked closely with Management Staff to implement IT Strategies that help the company to meet its business objectives.
