• Observe customer behavior and monitor why they buy/ do not buy our products. Identify possible problems in us making a sale.
• Obtain verbal feedback from customers (regardless of whether they buy anything from us) about: service delivery, shop presentation, range of products and staffs’ behavior.
• Encourage customers to fill up a copy of our Customer Feedback form. Analyze customer Feedback forms on a daily basis and prepare a report (as simple as a point-form report) for Regional Manager on a weekly basis.
• Handle customer complaints as per company procedures.

Merchandise Presentation:
• Organize special promotions, displays and events in liaison;
• Maintain the shop and its amenities up to an exceptional standard: Cleanliness, Shop and window displays, replenishing of stocks and shop properties to be well maintained and in good working condition.

Communication:
• Updating colleagues, Management on business performance, new initiatives and other major issues;
• Market the retail store to Chinese and European Customers.
• Report to Regional Manager, for product and sales relating matters.

Competition:
• Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring what local competitors are doing.

Training & Development:
