I am currently working for Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency as a Warehouse Assistant:
• Picking and packing of orders in line with companys standard operating procedure (SOP)
• Managing the shipping process,
• Maintaining inventory,
• Loading and unloading stock,
• Moving heavy loads using a forklift machine
• Handling delicate and sensitive products in the warehouse with utmost care.

I worked with Dayrise Security Services as a Sales Representative:
• Conducting efficient sales presentations to customers.
• Negotiating deals
• Serving customers by selling products and services and meeting customer needs
• Assisting customers with problem resolution
• Working with marketing and other departments to improve customer-facing communication and product information by sharing client feedback gained in the field.

I worked with Shoprite Checkers-Mufulira as a Till Operator performing the following duties:
• Handling transactions such as scanning items, entering prices and accepting various forms of payments including cash, credits/debit cards and digital payments.
• Handling returns and exchange
• Balancing the Till
• Proving excellent customer service
• Maintaining clean and organized work area
