Conducted from sourcing to deployment of employees hired locally and overseas. Facilitated communications related to recruitment to other divisions. Plan and prepare manpower plan and execute the plan in a strategic manner.
One of the major achievements is the preparation of the Recruitment Policy Manual and was successfully approved by IATA's Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO).
-Responsible for assisting the Human Resource department in all their functions to create a more unified and effective global effort.

-Recruitment - Assist and supervise the recruitment process and ensure that all the process steps get completed within the specified SLAs and that the on board formalities for the new joiners proceed seamlessly.

Created New HR Policy & Procedures and implement it across all divisions(Hotel, Chocolate Factory, Shipping & Logistics, Travel Agency for Kuwait & Dubai branches, the Group Office requirements).
