Conducted from sourcing to deployment of employees hired locally and overseas. Facilitated communications related to recruitment to other divisions. Plan and prepare manpower plan and execute the plan in a strategic manner.
One of the major achievements is the preparation of the Recruitment Policy Manual and was successfully approved by IATA's Safety Audit for Ground Operations (ISAGO).

-Responsible for assisting the Human Resource department in all their functions to create a more unified and effective global effort.
