Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Report to the Projects Manager for all the aspects of project coordination and assigned areas or significant work scopes.
• Integrate with the project team and identify any deviations from the agreed project premises, and to keep the line management informed.
• Responsible for coordination and preparation of clear project scopes and provide input to Execution Plans and Strategies including procurement strategies for critical items. Coordinate input to project budget and ensures timely approvals.
• Ensure timely preparation and issue of FEED & EPIC tender documents and Technical Scope of Work.
• Coordinate response to the tender queries and issue tender bulletins in a timely manner in the bidding process
• Lead Gate Approval, Project Execution Plan, Risk Management, Change Management, Commissioning and Handover processes/procedures and related activities in order to ensure successful execution and timely completion of the project.
• Coordinate automation and commissioning of Fuel system - Fuel storage system (Underground and aboveground tanks), Fuel monitoring (Level transmitters, Level monitoring and leak detection panels), Flow control system (Level switch, Motorized & solenoid valves, Pumps and pump control panels).
• Lead the technical tender evaluation efforts and organize bid clarification meetings when necessary. Coordinates & participates in the subsequent commercial evaluation & negotiations as directed and present the Tender Evaluation findings to the higher management and Tender Committee whenever necessary.
• Coordinate with the HSE team and ensure Project Quality Plans/HSE Plans/Environment Management Plans are in place and adhered throughout the execution phase.
• Lead Project Risk Analysis sessions and implements and follows up Risk Mitigation actions.
• Ensure that the value engineering sessions are performed effectively.
• Coordinate overall activities of planning, progress measurement & monitoring systems and controls within assigned project areas and scopes with the Project Coordinator from the Contractor.
Major Achievements:
• Provided expert-level support as project engineer in establishing a highest revenue generator department of liquid fuel construction for company.
• Enhanced staff knowledge by providing performance-driven training and presentations to operations team, while handing over the project.
• Carried out commissioning of LPG system for Package CP13201 Catering Facility for New Doha International Airport project which is the largest LPG storage facility in Qatar with 2 nos. of 200, 000-liter capacity Tanks.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Handling the role of a MEP Engineer and coordinating with the sub-contractors and clients.
• Review Technical Documents & drawings to project specifications and Local Code.
• Monitor construction/implementation for conformity with approved design, and coordination.
• Planning and setting up construction team for multi-disciplined projects
• Ensure work executed as per approved Method Statement & QHSE requirements.
• Provide direction and leadership to assigned resources for effective and timely execution.
• Log and post all MEP changes and as-built information on field drawings.
Major Achievements:
• Provided exceptional support in elevating company entire infrastructure and labour force from being a Facility management company to take up Industrial equipment fabrication, while spearheading two projects from start to execution in timely manner.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Performing rounds and inspections to ensure that all plant machinery is running smoothly.
• Allocating and maintaining work schedule for employees.
• Prepared and auditing daily and monthly reports regarding plant fuel consumption.
• Provide technical support to technicians and fed them with possible ways to solve problems.
• Troubleshooting faulty mechanical devices.
• Update plans to enhance improvement in performance.
Major Achievements:
• Drove high-level assistance in preparing initial design of Production line for the company's new factory in New Industrial area.
• Composed detailed energy optimisation report for the factory for preparing design of company's new factory.

• Coordinate activities related to preparing design and detail engineering of static equipment.
• Collaborated with designers in designing and implementing detailed engineering and drafting projects.
• Evaluate design calculations, documents and drawings for matching with Technical and company standards.
• Process and evaluated Bill of Materials, proposals and facilitated engineering
Major Achievements:
• Played a key role in the audit team for attaining ISO 9001 certification for the company
• Contributed to executing various development activities as design team lead for company's biggest overseas project, while reporting directly to the Chief Design Engineer.
