- Assist in arranging flight, hotel, and transportation for our staff and clients

- Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing systems
- Monitoring staff attendance, holiday leave and preparing staff salaries
- Monitoring the use of supplies and equipment
- Handling petty cash and monitoring the company expenses
- Preparing bill of quantities, quotation and invoices
- Coordinating with site in-charge for daily project updates and progress
- Assist project Engineers/Supervisors in drawing preparation.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Greet persons to correct destination
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Schedule appointments
- Tidy and maintain the reception area
- Giving the satisfaction of information the customer needs.
- Resolving customer’s concern.
- Making sure the customer leaves with a good impression of the company
- Serves customers by selling products and explaining the advantages of the products; meeting customer needs.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
