As the Key Accounts Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern Region, reporting to top Mangement (National Sales Manager & CEO), I have been responsible for overseeing and driving sales activities in the region since January 2022. My primary focus has been on managing key accounts, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

My role involves:

• Key Account Management: Taking a proactive approach in nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in the Eastern Region. This includes understanding their business needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with the Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies for the region. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers, and creating sales plans to capitalize on market opportunities.

• Team Leadership: Leading a high-performing sales team and providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their continuous development and success. I promote a collaborative and target-driven environment that motivates the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

• Market Analysis: Conducting thorough market analysis to identify new trends, competitors, and opportunities within the FMCG and fresh produce sectors. This information is used to make data-driven decisions, develop competitive pricing strategies, and stay ahead of industry changes.

• Sales Performance Evaluation: Regularly monitoring and evaluating the sales performance of the Eastern Region. This includes analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective measures to ensure consistent growth and profitability.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various departments, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to align strategies and ensure seamless coordination. This involves regular communication and sharing of insights to support the overall success of the organization.

• By effectively managing key accounts, implementing strategic sales plans, and leading a dedicated team, I have been able to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and contribute to the overall success of the company.
