• Staff Supervision: Oversee banquet staff, assign tasks, monitor
performance, and ensure professional service during events
• Client Liaison: Act as the main point of contact with clients during
events to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Service Oversight: Supervise the service of food and beverages, ensuring
timely and high-quality delivery
• Problem Solving: Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and
professionally during events
• Coordination with Departments: Work closely with kitchen,
housekeeping, and sales teams to ensure smooth execution of events
• Inventory and Supplies: Monitor banquet equipment, linens, and
supplies; report shortages or maintenance needs
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure all staff follow hygiene, safety, and
company standards at all times
• Post-Event Reporting: Conduct post-event evaluations and provide
feedback to improve future banquet operations
• Training and Development: Assist in training new banquet staff and
promote a culture of teamwork and service excellence

• Build existing and develop new business relationships
