Talent Acquisition
•Involved in manpower planning for all levels and functions in the organization.
•Managing recruitment and selection for PAN India and Overseas locations independently.
•Plan, Design & Implement staffing strategies to achieve the required number of recruits from diverse sources through various channels like Job Portals, Social Media, employee referrals, etc.
•Proficient in handling Senior Management recruits through head hunting
•Building database for future requirements
•Working on Pre offer reference checks
•Conducting Interviews, Salary Negotiations, Finalization of Candidates.
•Preparation of Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters.

Induction & orientation
•Conducting the Induction programme for the new employees which includes; Welcome kit for new joinee, introduction about the Company, Company Policies & procedures.
•Preparing Induction training Calendar
•Sending introduction mail to all employees.
•Completing joining formalities and maintaining personal files.
•Introducing the new joiners to the respective Team Leaders and other Team Members.
Other Activities
• Preparing Job description for all the open positions and get it approved by the Dept.Heads

Employee engagement
•Conceptualizing and managing employee engagement initiatives for all branches and process for all festivals and celebration
•Developing employee engagement calendar and budget planning for engagement activities.
•To create awareness for Company's policies & procedures among new joinees.

MIS and Individual Records
•Updating Organisation Chart on periodical basis.
•Monthly MIS preparation within due date.
Key Achievements: -
•Have saved 25 Lakhs of recruitment cost, having worked own sources rather than depending on consultants
