Presently I am in charge to prepare the field development plans, and get approve it by the authorities. Make drilling scheduling and CAPEX planning. Analyze the reservoir data and approve the reservoir update models. Give support the work over and drilling jobs, assess stimulation job, and recommendation for management for future investment. Prepare technical hand out to resolve production issues to secure sustainable production level.
I am in charge also of the field operations; facilities maintenance plan, well maintenance jobs. Moreover, analyzing the artificial lift efficiency (SRP and ESP), make completion design for sand production mitigation, deal with water conning and manage daily routine works.

I was in charge of oil & gas derivatives promotion in the oil market. Seek opportunities for Naphtha and condensate placement and conclude agreement and sales contract. Keep up to date of the medium and long term of market cycles and demand. I was committee member of downstream strategy of the company, and implement planning to optimize sales with high value added. My duties also is market segmentation, assess opportunities for abroad storage, partnership, and price formulas. I was at the head of condensate sales department for six months.

My main duties in this position is reservoir data interpretation. Find ways to improve field production, optimize well completion, reserves estimate and EOR evaluation. Often asked to resolve complex problems linked to well productivity, salt production, sand production, analyze gas lift efficiency and after all production back allocation. Used to work closely with geologists for sandstone reservoir characterization, identify the water break through source and remedy. Handled cross section, mapping and reservoir modelling.
Through 10 years I have built a solid background in production and reservoir engineering. My MSC in Petroleum Economics and Management, allowed me to assess alternatives and helped me for decision making to optimize OPEX.
