• Perform Bank Reconciliation to ensure accurate and timely reflection of transactions.
• Accurately post transactions in PACT software for proper bookkeeping.
• Approve purchase requisitions, verify invoices, and ensure timely booking.
• Process supplier payments via bank transfer, cheques, or PDC.
• Ensure timely payments for utilities, Salik, and other expenses.
• Reconcile Vendor Accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor & Manage Post-Dated Cheques, alerting Manager on due dates.
• Prepare and upload WPS files for timely payroll processing.
• Assist in external audits by providing them with the required supporting documents.
• Perform Monthly Closing Tasks, ensuring financials are closed accurately and on time.
• Assist with miscellaneous tasks as assigned, showing flexibility and initiative.

• Prepare monthly management report for Management review
• Prepare and file VAT Returns
• Look after Account Receivable & Account payable ledger (along with aging details)
• Reconciled vendors statements of accounts and corrected discrepancies and
respond to all vendors email and Perform Daily Bank Reconciliations
• Support day-to-day operations relating to Bank activities, fund transfers, etc.
• Prepare and upload WPS file for payroll processing in the bank portal along with
preparing EOSB for employees.
• Manage monthly closing of financial records and posting of month-end information;
ensure accuracy of financial statements.
• Managing Company Account & Finance related tasks, including sales cycle
• Preparation of opportunity and Quotation and sharing with resellers/partners
• Coordinate, follow ups and Processing Orders and managing Invoicing/billing

• Feasibility Reporting of a new venture
• Assisting the manager in the preparation of Financial Statements
• Proper filing, organizing and maintaining of documents both physically and in soft
copy for record keeping purpose
• Completing budgeting/cash flow planning and Preparation of projected financial
statements of the Company
• Ration Analysis of profit and loss account to identify areas that needs to be
considered and further to evaluate them
• Auditing and review of all the transactions to ensure completeness and accuracy of
the transactions
