- Develop annual budget for the unit
- Define and update testing strategies and standards
ensuring that latest testing standards are met on all levels of functional and non functional tests
- Ensure that BDL regulation are met in all quality assurance processes
- Review the test plans, scenarios and cases designed by the team, and make sure that business requirements are covered
- Follow up on all kind of anomalies and submit status reports to the management to facilitate the decision making process
- Assess if the application testing can be automated
- Team management and coaching.
- Review the project proposal and cost and maintain the cost of the project by recommending subsequent approaches
- Preparing project plan by taking into consideration the scope of work, deadlines, priorities and correlation with other projects in the department
- Estimating resources needed for the project and asses the need of outsourcing some tasks
- Complete coordination with different vendors and other project managers to align the deliveries and avoid any delay
- Log and escalate risks faced during project implementation for resolution.
- Implement JIRA software at the hospital Getaoui premises and build different workflows based on the hospital team requirement
- After go live support
