Accountabilities
•Review the procedures, instructions and operating and maintenance instructions (TBIs)
•Formalizing quality control processes and procedures.
•Leading diverse and cross functional audit teams.

Achievements:
•Integrated Internal Audit of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, RC-14001, ISO -14001 has been conducted as result of which, 24 Man Days of Management and Auditors have been saved.
•Successfully completed the Migration of ISO 18001:2007 to 45001:2018 for QAPCO, Qatofin, QVC without any Non-conformance.
•Developed a new system as an additional barrier to ensure training and awareness is provided to all stake holders whenever there is new or revision of manual/policy/guidelines/procedure/instruction.
•Initiated Integrated Management System for (ISO 9001, EMS 14001, RC 14001 and ISO 45001). Developed implementation plan and Roadmap. Leading the Task Force for Integration.
•Coordinated redesigning and standardizing the Emergency Response Plan Procedure and instructions of QAPCO.
•Initiated electronic document control process by switching from manual to electronic system.
