During the Co-op assignment the rotation took place at four major functions within the division: Cost Engineering (accounting), Contracts, Human Resources and Scheduling.

Checked and verified contractor invoices, booked contractor invoices into the SAP System, attended monthly meetings to monitor projects progress, learned how to prepare project status update reports. Project Planning Update (PPU) and the Monthly Project Update (MPU). Used the Talent Management System TMS and SAP System to process employees’ actions. Attended safety training and Basic Life Support & I got certified as a Heart Saver.
A+ Field Assignment Assessment by Saudi Aramco
Moreover, I conducted my Final Co-op Project which aim to monitor and track the progress of the employees Individual Development Plans which got appraised by the division and Scored A+ as Final Graduate Project
