- Cash Management - taking full responsibility for all cash and valuables kept on site. Adequate control systems and checks in place to minimize any potential losses or fraud. Monitoring of EON procedures through regular audits and checks of safe, general ledger and cash desk entries.
- Stock Control - ensure the security of all stock kept on site. Adequate control system and checks in place to minimize any potential losses or fraud. Monitoring the amount of stock being kept on site and ingredients/servings to ensure all stock inventory KPI’s are being met.
- Reporting - ensuring all reporting requirements are done within set time limits without errors to eliminate the need for works to be repeated and further errors to be made. Following up on reports completed by direct reports and the highest standard is maintained in any documents completed.
- Cinema Profitability - maintaining an up to date and sound knowledge of all cinema KPI’s and results. Ensuring that all expenses are kept to an absolute minimum without impacting on quality. Maximizing all potential revenue gains through service, selling techniques and overall experience of all guests.
- Team - creating an environment where all employees are motivated and treated as equals regardless of race, gender, religion, etc. Ensuring maximum amount of time possible is spent with the team and open communication between all departments.
