Identify vacancies as per the Hiring plan. Coordinate with overseas recruitment agencies to search for suitable candidates. Post Jobs vacancies in recruitment platforms. Review job descriptions, screen and shortlist applicants for best compliance with position requirements. Build up the relationships with Education sectors of colleges & institutes to provide job opportunities for Saudi graduates. Lead Recruitment campaign. Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions. Cooperate with the Government Relation section to ensure the best compliance with the recruitment process for IQAMA and Visa for foreign candidates. Prepare job offers, salary packages and contracts with coordination with line management. Maintain recruitment database by recording and updating applicants' data. Collaborate with department managers regularly and proactively identify future hiring needs. Utilize HRDF Support through registration of employees in support programs. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Onboarding and Completing new employees' formalities. Collaborate with Employee Relations and issue Medical Insurance for employees. Collaborate with Industrial Security Department and issue ID'a and entry permits for Employees and visitors.
