Head disciplinary committee which deals with all aspects of student affairs including disciplinary hearings, code of conduct and student complaints. Planned and organized in / off student admissions activities such as school visits, open house by inviting / visiting targeted government / private high schools to market college academic programs. Oversaw the correctness and accuracy of all student files/records in readiness for an Institutional Review (IR) and KPMG audit and CoE visits. Established and analysed student clubs and field trips plans and rules. Introduced automated Students Advisory Council (SAC) nomination and voting system. Mentored the Students Advisory Council, including regular meetings with the dean of student affairs, executives, and university rector. Arranged cultural trip to South Korea for 19 students from 6 Saudi government universities. Built rapport with the dean of student affairs the students’ extracurricular record by the banner system to encourage students’ involvement in leadership development, and community service opportunities.

• Increased services of student services centre through association with Sookmyung Women’s University while working as project coordinator.
• Implemented strategies for global exploration program to begin students’ ambassador program.
• Improved the student’s advisory council’s election policy for which led to increase in number of candidates.
