•Support the objectives of 10 countries by implementing sourcing strategies and give recommendations on items/services for procurement while maintaining the company's competitive edge
• Implement the Requisition Self Services Solutions for All countries as an ordering platform that helps the shops to place their repetitive and generic requests online
•Plan the stock level required to satisfy the demand needs based on forecasting for non-merchandise items
•Follow up for shipping terms with suppliers till the goods are delivered
•Create an Eco Efficiency Solutions for all Purchases
•Cost controlling function and G&A monitoring
•Continuous update of Procurement policies and procedures
•Support corporate and divisional objectives by implementing sourcing strategies and give recommendations on items/services for procurement while maintaining the company's competitive edge
•Develop a consolidated supplier base and analyze it to meet current and future commodity needs and maintain mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with suppliers
•Gather and summarize data to prepare routine reports, schedules, proposals, summaries and letters
•Track consumables' inventory, examine users’ purchasing habits to minimize expenses, create a set of monitoring controls and resolve problems with supply orders
•Set up budgets for new opening shops, renovation and relocation under the supervision of the Procurement Manager
•Oversee and negotiate All Categories used in all Azadea regions
•Conduct continuous research to locate new potential suppliers and stay abreast to new products and market trends
•Work on big projects like the opening of 15 stores at Abdali Mall including: Zara, Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear and Other brands, With a total budget of 10 Million Jordanian Dinars.
•Conduct Training for Shop managers around middle east and gulf region on new systems related to purchasing like requisition self service - around 1000 attendees were trained during 2019

channel for arranging Journeys from Amman to Karama and vice versa while reducing the distribution Costs.
•To be responsible for driver related issues; petty cash, meals, fatigue management, time-off, medicals, etc. … To manage vehicle maintenance issues, fuel and associated costs by reducing Them, and improving vehicles efficiency.
•To review the field Journey Officers logs for data recording, quality control, and compliance issues. Provide feedback to JM Officers and the Client when required.
•To coordinate weekly and monthly JM Summary Reports to BP and SITTCO.
•Work on tenders for various projects related to the same company (projects coordinator)
•Maintain superior filing system of all documents to provide a central hub of audit able document trail for reviews, client queries and other requests.
•Following procurement procedures of the company and applying a full cycle of procurement by insuring proper documentation and reporting.
