Handled main prestigious CSR events within the corporation, in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dubai and London.

In Riyadh and Jeddah, carried out the CSR event of "Safe Driving, Life Saving" in coordination with King AbdulAziz University and Al Faisal University. While in Dubai and London, I worked enthusiastically on GCC POLO CUP event under the patronage of HRH young royals "William & Harry". My roles in these events was as following:

* Researching suitable venues and ensuring all necessary equipment is available
* Development, production and delivery of projects from proposal right up to delivery.
* Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed)expectations.
* Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
* Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
* Managing supplier relationships
* Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
* Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to your team
* Travelling to on site inspections and project managing events
* Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.
* Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
* Seeking and securing sponsorship
* Coordinate appointments and visits to see our space, and scheduling of events on the calendar
* Developing and Updating contents the BMG Foundation website
* Coordinating with media to expose awareness of the foundation activities (CNBC arabia, Newspapers and Journalists)
* Producing digital collateral and marketing videos and coordinating these marketing materials with social media specialist
