Organize the CEO’s agenda and arrange meetings
Liaise with other teams on organizing CEO trips and make sure the logistics of the trips are ready on time
Support other team members on specific tasks
Make sure the CEO is aware of any updates or problems that might occur
Prioritizes and follows up on different matters
Write and prepare correspondence
Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
Receive requests from varied departments and other firms

Follow-up on the execution of important tasks
Assist the Director in day-to-day administrative tasks
Assist the Director of Ajyal Youth Film Festival in day-to-day administrative tasks
Manage meetings schedule
Maintain clear and accurate documents/procedures for reference purposes
Assist with organizing meetings and taking minutes. Follow up on progress of assigned tasks on Director’s behalf
Liaise between teams to ensure all pending matters are addressed and resolved
Assist with the coordination of departmental activities
Gather and compile information as requested and prepares required reports/documents
ollect data and undertake any appropriate analysis of data
Make research initiatives and original contributions to the research program
Attend regular meetings with the research team as required
Review, correct, and analyze data
Organize and work on large volumes of data for the research purposes
Sort entries in the list in a specified manner and verify the correctness of each entry
Classify each entry according to pre-determined criteria
Compile the processed information in a format specific to the center's needs
Enter processed information into the center's electronic data system
Assisting the Co-Financing Manager and Head of Film Financing across all administrative areas.
Weekly research report on trade/industry and emerging markets
Coordinating with legal and HR to deliver contracts on time, and make sure they are up to date and invoices paid
Coordinating between internal departments
Centralizing business contacts / keeping track of business cards / company and individual profiles
Coordinate the implementation of the volunteer recruitment plan
Assist in the recruiting, screening, interviewing and training of new volunteers
Making sure that the volunteers get the appropriate training and support
Ensure volunteers are staffed to support the various areas of operations
Maintain Volunteer Service Descriptions for each volunteer assignment
Organize and participate in volunteer recognition programs and special events
Maintain accurate records and provide timely statistical and activity reports on volunteer participation
Provide ongoing support and guidance for volunteers
Keeping the staff aware of the volunteers’ functions and roles
Attend staff meetings and assist in the evaluation of the program
Attend conferences/seminars/meetings as requested by the volunteers manager

Coordinate the call-center process and is available to answer all the calls and questions from the public/local guests invited
Coordinate the volunteers for the project and make sure they are well trained
Report to the management on the development of the project
Take responsibility of all the problems that arise in the project and solving them in a timely manner
