• Export shipment :
- Prepare all documents required from clients
• Prepare all the documents for the import shipment as follow :
- B/L
- Custom’s letter
- Original invoice
- Certificate of origin
- Way of payment
- Arsad letter
- SASO certificate
- Dangerous substance’s letter
- FDA letter
• Calculate the value of demurrage for the delay shipment
• Work on the general custom gate and EDI
• Inform the Clint how to make an electronic authorization letter for the broker
• Print the initial Bayan
• Print the declaration document
• Following the status of the shipment in (JIP, KAP, and Rabigh)
• Check with the custom duties
• Prepare the port charges’ invoice
• Covering for logistic manager in his leave
• Manage the selection and recruitment process for the logistics department (when asked by logistic manager)
• Training new employees
Solve all problems related to the client and his shipments
•Prepare all reports requested by the logistic manager (statistical report for ports’ shipment, statistical report for containers, statistical report for Airport, etc..)
•Modify and develop the custom Clearance program along with IT team
Tracking the shipment from the city of origin until it delivers to the client
•Solve all problems related to the client's shipment
•Absorb the anger of the client and leave him satisfied
- doing the blood test such (CBC/DIFFERENTIAL -ESR- PT/PTT)
- Performing the tests of blood grouping and Rh factor
- performing the cross match test for blood transfusion
-separate the blood to its contents (PRBC - FFP AND PLATELETS)
