* Worked in this NGO as Project manager for Madrasati project which was implemented in 82 public schools through all Jordan provinces on three phases.
* Project manager for E-blocks project which include the installation and activation of educational technology devices called E-Blocks.
* Senior Team member of Fursati littmayoz internship program (FLT), which is an internship program that target ICT University graduates.
* Supervise over 150 interns working in different technological projects implemented in schools.
* Provide on job training opportunities for the FLT interns in deferent organizations and companies, introducing fresh graduates to work environment.
* Coordination role between the JEI and stakeholders who are responsible for technical infrastructure installation.
