I completed my co-op training at ROSHN Group within the Development and Sustainability departments, where I was involved in various tasks related to residential project development. One of my main responsibilities was reviewing demarcation plans for projects such as Aldanah, ensuring accuracy and consistency across drawings, Excel sheets, and approved documents.

I also attended meetings with different teams, including design and visualization, and contributed to improving project brochures by providing feedback and suggestions. Additionally, I gained basic knowledge of IRR analysis and participated in discussions on how to enhance project returns.

Throughout the training, I prepared periodic reports, tracked project progress, and gained hands-on experience in a professional work environment. This experience helped me understand the full project development cycle and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
