Job Role:
• Timely processing of documents to ensure the smooth flow of shipments
• Support and maintain the firms document management system
• Contribute towards continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing new innovative solutions
• Support audit activities (internal and external) to meet quality requirements
• Develop strong relationships with vendors warehouse personnel to ensure deliverables are handled efficiently in a timely manner
