Working as the Finance Business Partner reporting to the CFO & managing a team of financial analysts where as a part of my responsibilities I help with the forecasting, budgeting & reporting requirements of the group. •Leading the strategy, planning, forecasting and budgeting activities with business partners/controllers

•Controlling the GP Target of the business by review of quotations & costing elements

•Building reports on Backlog & forecasting so as to perform a Gap Analysis against the Budgets
•Improving the Days of Sales Outstanding (DSO) by quicker invoicing & collections

Currently work with the five business divisions of Mannai Corportaion - Manweir Group (services in the Oil & Gas industry), ISBM (Industrial Products & Building Materials), Energy & Industrial Market Division (trading & Projects), MannaiTravel (travel agency), Gulf Labs (Laboratory & Drilling) & HAED (Home Appliance trading). Key Deliverables:
•Building Reporting techniques on various business finance to fill information gaps in the Business & Accounts & provide analysis of problem areas & financial performance.

•Management of the Enquiry & Quotation process by building weekly reports on their movement as in inputs, processed, regretted, won, lost, etc providing control on their inputs & analysis on quotation process.
•Closure of Old Jobs in terms of the WIP & Invoicing issues improving their DSO & WIP write-off controls
•Building new PO evaluations & recording process & order booking improving the PO confirmation & recording process resulting in lower job delays plus WIP invoicing delays.
