▪ Collaborate with different departments to develop crisis response strategies and procedures, and to determine needs and constraints based on defined requirements.
▪ Guide and train employees on the best practices and procedures in business continuity.
▪ Work on Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) to ensure the recovery of technology and data in case of disasters.
▪ Engage in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) to determine critical activities, and establish RTO and RPO for each activity based on its impact and importance.
▪ Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.
▪ Composed appropriate documentation that enabled stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process, and duplicate or replicate the analysis, if necessary.
Committees to consider violations of commerci:
-Prepare and review Ministerial draft resolutions that include penalties.
-Investigate violations.
-Prepare draft Ministerial decrees relevant to the work of the Deputy Ministry.
GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF LEGAL REPRESENTATION :
-Prepare and submit prosecution lists and response notes in cases in which the Ministry is a party.
-Resuming the verdicts and decisions issued against the Ministry preparing and submitting the necessary lists and memoranda in that regard.
