Tarabot is a project impemented by JHCO at East Amman ( Al Mahatta ) Fundded by Compassion Relif Tzu Chi foundation .
Tarabot Community Center was integrated in April 2015 to provide a variety of services to the population in the East Amman region, for free to all society categories (females and males / adults and children) for all nationalities, focusing on providing services to the Syrian refugees.

Main Tasks:

• Coordinate with all project partners from governmental and nongovernmental bodies on the project activities and achieving the project targets
• Lead a team of 28 and follow up with them on the project activities, challenges that meet them in the field and the project successes.
• Meet with the project donors on regular bases to discuss the project progress technical and financial updates, challenges, successes, and future collaboration.
• Prepare with the project team the draft periodic reporting to the project donor and support the monitoring and evaluation department to finalize the report.
• Conduct capacity building activities for the project team on different topics that are related to the project scope such as time management, problem solving, PSS training, TOT, economic empowerment, etc.
• Represent the organization in meetings and task forces related to humanitarian work and youth development
• Outreach to the local community members to promote the center activities, discuss with them the challenges they face with the center (if any) and ideas for services development.
• Mobilize at least 35 Syrian refugee and integrate them within the center activities to act as paid volunteers in the different activities and services provided by the center.
