2- the second position: Recruit and select office staff, follow up all the personal matters of the employee: their vacation, worke leave, preparing employment contracts, and administrators Letters, and their official authorities letters. Ensure personnel files are up to date and secure Supervision of training courses for staff, and follow up their personal matters with the Jordanian Ministry Of Labor.
3- the third position: Follow up laws and instruction at the Insurance Commission, Ministry of Industry and Trade of Jordan, Jordanian Federation Of Insurance Companies, Jordan Securities Commission, and Securities depository Center.
