• Managing Diary Schedule and fixing appointments
• Take care of required documentation for visa process (work permit, visit visas) for hired expatriates and their families.
• Schedule staff visa, medical coordinating with internal and external departments. Collect, organize necessary documents and respond to respective staff queries.

• Assisting HR including scrutiny of resumes, follow recruitment protocols, negotiations, prepared offer letters and facilitated joining formalities of new hires
• Arranging necessary approvals on interoffice documents and updating policies
