Key Responsibilities:
•Organizational Development- Engages a process of organizational planning that evaluates company structure, job design, and personnel forecasting throughout the company. Evaluates plans and changes to plans. Makes recommendations to executive management.

•Managing the on boarding processes (Preparation of offer letters, negotiations of salary etc.)
•Preparation of policies and procedures for the smooth functioning of HR Functions.
•Preparation of Job Descriptions, Competency Matrix for all the office based staff.
•Preparation of HR Manual, Employee Handbook and inducting the new employees on the same.
•Taking care of Employee Relations, Leave Management Probations confirmations, and grievances of the employees.
•Generation of official Letters. (Warning, Terminations). Oversee Compensation & Benefits.
•Performance Management (KPI, KRA, Appraisals & Salary Revisions)
•Tracking redundancy. (Termination, Resignation & Absconding) / Full and Final Settlement Preparation.
•Recruitment- Receiving Job Requisition form and understanding the job role, sourcing and closing the positions.
•Record Management for Visa Requisition & Cancellation. Responsible for HR Day to Day Operations.
•Preparing Process and Procedures for Quality manuals.
•Managing the ongoing contracts with the outsourcing clients and maintain relationship with them for continuous improvement in the HR functions.
