• DEWA Smart Gate barriers Head office Phase II - Supply, installation testing and commissioning of ADAM remote terminal units with relay output.
o The project closed and handed over only 45 days only from receiving the official P.O.
• ARENCO Real Estate, DUBAI DIP (Golden Sand compound) - Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of ANPR access control system based with Barriers units.
o The project completed and handed over on time.
• MORO - HUB Integrated Physical Security Platform, IPSP Development services.
Oversaw 10-member application team and answerable for interviewing and hiring software engineers, support engineers, and network designers. Evaluated complex security systems to construct comprehensive solutions. Initiated targeted system functionality discussions with software design, and service teams to gather critical project requirements. Utilized design information gathering to create low-level and high-level documents, inclusive of flow diagrams, logic diagrams, and functional and performance requirements.
