Job Profile as Senior Administrative Officer

• Provide secretarial, executive services for MD & managerial staff.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff.
• Make and record appointments.

• Draft letters and reports on behalf of the company.

• Preparing termination, warning, probationary confirmation, performance appraisal & salary increment/decrement letters.
• Coordinating with Accounts Department/Accounts Manager on personnel matters.
• Receiving resignation letters, assist with visa cancellation procedures, End of Service Benefits and arrange for the (exit) departure/Airport formalities.
• Assisting Accounts Department in Wage Protection System (WPS).

Job Profile as Administrative Officer cum HR Assistant

• Managing the daily routine work
• Directing & assigning the PROs to perform their duties in the respective Government Departments.
• Well versed with the visa procedures with the Ministry of Labour, Immigration Department, DAFZA & JAFZA i.e. from visit, tourist to employment visa.
• Supervising the team of 5 members in the visa process work flow i.e. from application receival, typing, arrangements, submission & follow up.
• Consulate Work - Well versed with the visa formalities to various countries, providing assistance to Group Managers/Business Head for their business visit.
• Co-ordinating with our Group Travels Division regarding the hotel booking.
• Generating the document expiry report of employees on monthly basis and advise/follow them & arrange the necessary documents for the renewal formalities.
• Monitor & manage the Time & Attendance (Electronic Attendance) Software Application of the entire group consisting around 1000 employees.
• Responsible for the employees personnel files storage in Warehouse.
