The organization specialises in a managing a wide variety of waste streams in industrial and public and commercial space. The company has been a global provider of integrated waste management services and addresses a broad range of environmental needs, including cleaning and collecting, recovering and recycling, diverting and disposing of all forms of solid and hazardous liquid waste for all industries.

Reporting line:
Reported directly to Managing Director and had a dotted line report to head of Marketing & Brand Management at Head Quarters (London). 2 interns reporting into my role with the support of 6 dotted line reports from head office.
Reason for leaving: 6 Month Fixed Contract
Key Responsibilities:
• management and performance of the complete marketing function of the company.
• Developed a commercial marketing strategy and implemented aligned campaigns -
commercial, high risk and industrial sectors.
• Lead Market intelligence Research and stakeholder mapping of key target clients.
• Developed Digital strategy for new product offering (Blubin)
• Developed and managed the Marketing Budget of R15million.
• Developed marketing policies (sponsorship, uniform policy and standard operating
procedures)
• Developed Internal Communications strategy and implemented employee engagement
initiatives.
