• With the support of an efficient team of HR & PR & admin professionals, Setting up a centralized HR department.
• Creation of HR Manual, All policies and Procedures, Training and Development system, MBO Based performance appraisal system and Quality enhancement measures.
• Provide strategic direction to the management team on continuously improving HR systems and solutions
• Recruitments from operating country and overseas, Defining KRA, KPI & JDs.
• Oversee and refine various HR policies and procedures for all company personnel including maintaining the employee handbook, policies and procedures documentation
• Employee Training on Induction, Sales, Customer Service, Team Management and Other Soft Skills.
• Plan and forecast the short and long-term talent requirements to support Company’s business plans
• Maintain a best practice recruitment approach, including direct recruitment, headhunting, recruitment agency engagement, walk-in interviews, student’s fares and etc., to attract the best applicants
• Structure and manage the full cycle on-boarding process. Partner with Line Managers to ensure smooth induction of new Employees to the company.
• Build a strong career and succession planning system to retain and develop talents in the company
• Implement training and development strategies to continuously improve performance and customer service
• Establish and maintain efficient Performance Management system. Ensure the timeframe of Performance Assessments and KPIs Setting processes is followed by the Employees and Managers
• Provide a framework for coaching of junior, middle and senior level management staff
• Managing the entire administration including purchasing, insurance and distribution.
• Manage the Employees Engagement Survey and the calendar of social events
• Manage and resolve, promptly and completely, all employee relations issues
• To support all the departments in the creation and execution of certificates and recognition awards.
• To identify and manage relationships with local authorities- Labor Offices, Immigration and etc. to ensure the compliance to the employment law regulations
• Maintain an awareness of best practices in human resources management
• Preparation of ISO documents and managing the compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
