Currently employed as a HR Coordinator my duties entail
• Resume screening and pre selection interviews.
• Preparation and compilation of numerous HR reports in conjunction with maintaining the HRMS.
• Providing all essential letters to employees e.g. offer letters, salary certificates, pay slips, termination letters, etc.
• Liaising with the PRO for issuance and/ or cancellation of employment visas.
• Completing all legal formalities and EOSB calculation for resigned/terminated employees.
• Developing and executing an exit interview, performance appraisal, and a training needs assessment for employees.
• Reviewing contracts provided by clients.
• Leave management.
• Providing advice to employees on the U.A.E labour law and information on various other employee benefits such as the insurance policy and/or the air fare policy.
• Participating in performance management reviews and goal setting for outsourced staff
• Designing and Executing Onboarding and Induction Sessions

• Handling end to end recruitment cycle
• Sourcing candidates from different sources like job portals, Vendor and through references.
• Screening the CVs
• Short listing the candidates
• Conducting HR Interview
• Forwarding the shortlisted resume to Functional Head for the further rounds
• Salary Negotiation
• Releasing the offer
