*Corporate Sales handling for all local Dealers of Magic Sing, KHM500, Vivaus Mini, and other karaoke products of Magic Solutions
*Daily coordination and Store Visits to supervise MSE Merchandisers and displays, meet Section Managers and Supervisors, Group Heads and Buyers to ensure regular LPOs and deliveries
*Monitors Sales in weekly, monthly and annual reports to assure Sales targets are met
*Disseminates information to all local Dealers about latest MSE karaoke products and promotions
*In-charge and supervises local Events sponsored by Magic Solutions in terms of venue branding, logistic requirements, marketing collaterals, giveaways, etcetera.
*Regularly conducts Products Training to store staff to assure proper product knowledge of all MSE karaoke products
*Supervises Print and TV advertisements from initial to final stage of production
*Manages Gitex-related on-site selling and on-site marketing activities, i.e. Emax Sing Like A Star in collaboration with MSE
*Account and Project Acquisition (Client Calls, Cold Calls, Telemarketing, E-mail Blasts, Presentations & Proposals)
*Account and Project Handling & Coordination (Briefs, Planning, Execution, Supervision)
*PR & Marketing Research
*Copywriting - Corporate Brochure, Creative Ads, Advertorial, Press Releases and Publicities
*Suppliers’ Outsourcing, Quotations, LPOs
- Production / Suppliers Outsourcing, Handling, and Quality Assurance for all Marketing brandings, collaterals, signage, banners, and other below-the-line items
- Venue and logistical preparation / set-up / on-site branding supervision for Trade Shows / Exhibitions, Corporate Launches, and other Sponsorship opportunities
- In-charge of Sales Events and Road Shows - Venue and F&B Reservation / Set-up / Logistics / On-site branding
- Supervision of all Marketing collaterals’ couriering, both local and international send-offs
- Proofreader for Print Ads and other produced printed Marketing materials
- Supervision of Photo shoots for Print Ads and other produced printed Marketing materials
- In-charge of Staff’s name plates, badges, uniforms, and branding of Company vehicles
-Supervision and handling for all SMS and E-mail campaigns
- General in-house Marketing planning, research, coordination and execution
- Handles all Quotations, LPOs, Invoices and Payment Release in coordination with the Accounts Dept.
