• Installs, configures & upgrades operating systems & software, using standard business & administrative packages
• Installs, assembles & configures computers, monitors, network infrastructure & peripherals such as printers, scanners & related hardware; pulls cables & rewires or directs the rewiring of cables as required for new installations & office reconfiguration
• Troubleshoots problems with computer systems, including troubleshooting hardware & software, e-mail, network & peripheral equipment problems; makes repairs & corrections where required
• Acts as a technical resource in assisting users to resolve problems with equipment & data; help desk assistance to facilitate exchange of information & advice; implements solutions or notifies outsource providers as required
• Assist in the planning, research, design, evaluation, acquisition, and implementation of new technologies and/or upgraded hardware and software systems
• Makes hardware & software acquisition recommendations including helping users assess needs & providing justification for equipment & services

• Consolidates Branch request of supplies.
• Monitors Branches inventory level of supplies and initiate the replenishment
• Prepares necessary documents such as Requisition Slip, Delivery Receipt, and Receiving Report.
• Coordinates with third party forwarder for shipment schedule.
• Monitors deliveries of supplies to branches and consolidates branch Receiving Report
• Prepares weekly and monthly inventory report.
• Conduct Physical Inventory to 3rd party forwarders and warehouses.
• Performs other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
