Technical and Service Management:
o Manage Design, Planning and Execution of Technical Education to Pioneer Distributors and Authorized Service Centers (ASCs):

o Constant Communication with Pioneer Asia Center Service Division (Singapore) and Overseas Service Support Group (Japan HQ)
Key Service Management contact for the Middle East, Africa, part of CIS and the Indian Sub-continent.
o Manage Monitoring and Collection of Repair Data and Quality Control Information (Both Aftermarket and OEM)
Developed a web based as well as offline application to manage repair data collection in a standardized and efficient manner
o Management of Distribution and Coordination of Pioneer Spare Parts Supply for Pioneer Distributors and Re-Exporters
Reduced cost and delivery time for spare parts by negotiating a direct supply route from Singapore in addition to the Japan supply route.
o OEM Service Management for GCC and South Africa
Window person to ensure smooth operation of exchange/repair return procedures between Toyota/Lexus dealers and Pioneer ASCs
In charge of technical training and technical support for OEM related issues.
Product Development and Management:
o Technical product expertise in Pioneer’s Car AV, Home AV and Pro DJ categories.
o Advised on deciding/finalizing the product features and technical specifications
o Organized and conducted field tests for new products and reviewed their feasibility for the market
o Conducted Product Seminars along with the Marketing Department
Handled New Technology training for Car AV, Home AV and Pro DJ.
o Maintained quality of products through constant feedback from Distributors
