• Accurately and efficiently encode all data for recording.

• Updating the system in every services that been given to the patient. Like PCR, General assessment, refitting or removal of the watch tracker, issuing DOH sticker for HQP & HIP patient.

• The receipt, sorting, stacking rotation, upkeep and issue of store items held within all 9 warehouses areas across the ADMM sites in line with established material management policies and procedures.
• Support and maintain supply and equipment spares to various department like Civil, plumbing, HVAC, electrical & automobile (Driving school & Fleet)
• Production of Monthly reports on stock level and use, using appropriate system/reporting tool.
• Liaison with procurement and finance Departments on purchase request and LPO’s. Submitting monthly reports on stocks levels, receipts & Issues, stock movement and PR tracking.
• Evaluating and understanding End-user requirements, verifying authorized work orders and issuing materials.
• Maintain awareness of all merchandise and retails price.
• Note and report discrepancies and apparent damages of supplies and materials received.
• Ensuring newly purchased Assets are tagged and monitoring Asset movements across sites.
• Scheduling incoming consignment and expediting with local and international supplier for timely delivery.
• Receiving and issuing through Oracle system/BEIMS
• Assist in processing and replenishing Merchandise and monitoring floor stocks.
Receive/prepare work orders and requests
Arrange for necessary repairs in order to restore service and schedules.
Received finish products from the production department.
All furnitures must be good condition while in their loaded in the truck.
Ensure all furnitures are covered with the bubble wrap.
