-Develop and execute B2B marketing plans that may include email campaigns, participation in industry conferences and events, webinars, and website updates, also Work across the groups brands as required.
-Perform industry and competitive analysis to inform the sales process and assist with positioning and messaging.
-Provide short- and long-term market forecasts, reports, and trends to assist business development in the acquisition of B2B clients also, Monitoring industry trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
-Coordinating with other members of the marketing department to develop and execute marketing campaigns, and Reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns to make adjustments to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
-Maintaining relationships with existing clients to retain them as customers and Driving marketing through CRM systems.
-Creating reports that detail key metrics such as the number of leads generated by each campaign, lost clients (churn rate), and number of current clients (loyalty program).
-Managing marketing budgets and overseeing all aspects of a company’s marketing activities.
-Identifying new opportunities for growth within the company’s existing customer base by researching potential buyers’ needs and buying habits.
-Web copywriter and content creation, Manage the social media accounts creating relevant content, create content to support events and webinars
