Handling regular SLA tickets.
•Support on any related HCM projects
•Training SAP new users on HCM module.
•Implementing configuration on the SAP system according to the requirements.
•Managing third-party applications integration with SAP
Maintain and update employees’ master data in SAP.
•Make sure that all transactions ( attendance, deductions, bonuses, …. ) are processed according to internal procedures and any increase in salaries was properly approved.
•Review Personnel Change Forms (PCFs), make sure all of them are properly approved and maintained correctly in the system.
•Processing Payroll through SAP
•Generate payroll - Headcount monthly report and any other HR reports required by Sr. management.
•Report any irregularity in the system.
•Communicate directly with IS and HCM consultants regarding any SAP implementation issues.
•Help SAP users in HR module to solve any problems they might face.
•Follow-up the settlements of company loans to employees.
•Participate in establishing & reviewing grading structure at the company.
•Ensure all employees’ compensation and benefits scheme are aligned with company policies and grading structure.
•Prepare periodically payroll analysis & projections.
•Benchmark current benefits and salary structure within market using Towers Wattson survey and report my recommendation to senior management.
•Study requests for salary increase or adjustment.
•Participate in preparing new company retention plan.
Gathering and adapting the requirements as per BBP.
•Training the SAP Users to use the system.
•Implementing configuration on the SAP system according to the requirements.
•Managing third-party applications integration with SAP.
•Communicate with the business owners and users in order to identify and explain project scope.
•Supporting the HR users and key persons to follow the new business scenarios.
•Data Migration advisor and support during the DM from the legacy system to SAP.
